Whole Mulato Chillis

Mulato chilli's are a reasonably hot chilli's that have many uses in Mexican cuisine.
The chillis are large and will go a very long way. Whereas most chillies of this size are quite mild, but these are quite spicy, and one is enough for most family meals.
Directions
Use when a medium heat is required.
Take one whole mulato chilli and chop finely before adding to Mexican chilli, curries and many other medium-heat meals.
The mulatos color while growing is dark green, when mature it is a deep red or brown.
The dried mulato is flat and wrinkled, and always brownish-black in color. The average length of the mulato is 10cm, and it is typically about five centimeters wide. Its shape is wide at the top, tapering to a blunt point.
The mulato has been described as tasting somewhat like chocolate or liquorice, with undertones of cherry and tobacco.
