Bhut Jolokia also known as Naga Jolokia, Ghost Pepper, or Ghost Chilli Pepper, is considered one of the hottest chilli pepper in the world. Entered the Guiness Book of Records in 2007 and has been tested and rated as high as 1,041,000 Scoville units
Grown in the North eastern region of Assam, India (nagaland).

Being three times hotter than an Orange Habanero, our suggestion for cooking with these chillies is to use a small amount, very finely ground (dry or re-hydrated and reduced to a paste). As a rough guide, try ¼ of a pod per person for a hot dish.
